Terms of Service.
Last updated 3 October 2026. Written to be read.
1. Who we are
Review Master is made and owned by kaalgroup ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us for the Review Master desktop app, its phone companion and this website. By installing or using Review Master you accept them.
2. Your licence
Review Master is licensed, not sold. While your subscription is active we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on computers you own or control, and to use the phone companion with them.
You may not:
- resell, rent, lease, sublicense or redistribute Review Master or your subscription;
- share your subscription or licence key with anyone else;
- copy, modify or create derivative works of the app, or reverse engineer it, except where the law says you may;
- remove or bypass the subscription check or any other technical protection;
- use the app to break the law or anyone else's rights.
All rights we do not grant here stay with kaalgroup.
3. What you bring
Review Master does not include, resell or provide access to any AI model. It runs the official Claude or Codex command-line tool that you install and sign in to, and it connects to GitHub with the access you give it.
- Your use of those tools and services is governed by your own agreements with Anthropic, OpenAI and GitHub. You are responsible for following them, including any limits on your plan.
- AI runs started from Review Master use your own plan's allowance, like any other use of those tools.
- If one of those companies changes or withdraws a service, parts of Review Master may stop working. That is outside our control.
Review Master is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI or GitHub.
4. Subscription and payment
- Review Master is a monthly subscription. The price is shown before you pay, with any tax that applies where you live.
- It renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the app or from the link in your receipt, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Orders are processed by our reseller, Paddle, who is the merchant of record for your purchase. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
- Refunds follow our Refund policy.
- We may change the price for future periods. We will tell you before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel first.
5. AI output and your reviews
Review maps, risk flags, review drafts and fix verdicts are written by an AI model. They can be wrong or incomplete. Review Master never posts to GitHub by itself: you decide what is submitted, and anything submitted goes out under your name. You are responsible for the reviews you submit and the code you merge.
6. Your code and data
Your code and reviews are yours. We do not receive them. What the app stores, what leaves your computer and to whom is set out in the Privacy policy.
7. Updates and changes
We update Review Master and may add, change or remove features. We may also update these terms; when we do, we change the date at the top, and for important changes we tell you in the app or by email. Using Review Master after a change means you accept it.
8. Ending
You can stop at any time by cancelling and uninstalling. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms. When a subscription ends, the features that need it stop working; data stored on your computer stays there.
9. No warranty
Review Master is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is error-free, that it will find every problem in a change, or that it will always be available. It is a tool to help you review, not a substitute for your own judgement.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, data or business, arising from your use of Review Master. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights the law of your own country gives you that cannot be waived.
